Sue Lumelo, our Director of Game Procurement, coordinates cost-sharing discussions with the opposing team. How many sponsors can we use? You can use up to 4 sponsors but if you’re splitting then you can use 2. How and when do you need the sponsors’ info? You can find the link for the form to upload sponsor info at the bottom of any Big State Sport email. You can submit that info anytime after you book a game but no later than 4 days before your game.
