#4 Christian Brothers Academy @ #1 Don Bosco Prep
The Ironmen breathed a sigh of relief after an exhilarating overtime win against Pope John. Dean Tsokos played very well, but that golden goal was scored by Frantisek Netusil and he is beloved in Ramsey. Christian Brothers really continue to work their speed, and out of all four games today seemed to get the most out of their offense. Now that we’ve seen Don Bosco struggle with the rolling of four lines, it makes me even more confident with the Colts, I am calling an upset, and the Colts will advance to the State Championship.
Peter’s Pick- Christian Brothers Academy 4-3
#3 St. Augustine @ #2 Delbarton
The Hermits are coming off another overtime win, but opponents definitely have to start getting scared, because this Saint Augustine team is really starting to resemble the team that won it all last year. Physically, Delbarton has done the things they’ve needed to do, but they did struggle with the speed of Pingry, a team that does not have anywhere near the depth of Saint Augustine. Championship level experience is almost impossible to replicate, it has been an incredible year for the Green Wave, but I don’t think they have the championship pedigree that the Hermits do.
